1. If the house is unkept/badly cluttered we will do our best with the allocated time period to get through as many tasks listed above or can discuss with you to extend the time/alter the quote. Please be as accurate and honest as possible with your information to prevent this (we won't judge!).

2. If you could please put away any items that are either on any surfaces or on the ground that you wish to be cleaned, or in a spot of convenience such as the bed. If this is not done that's perfectly okay, however in most instances we will just clean around the items that can't be readily lifted or moved.
3. Inside pets will incur a surcharge. We love them, but they create a bigger job for us!
PAYMENT POLICY: PAYMENT TO BE MADE IN FULL AT COMPLETION OF SERVICE WHILST CLEANER IS STILL PRESENT. DIFFERENT PAYMENT METHODS CAN BE DISCUSSED.
